福建深沪湾大型水母丰度变化及浮游动物群落结构特征

Variation of macro jellyfish abundance and characteristics of zooplanktoncommunity structure in Shenhu Bay,Fujian

  • 摘要: 于2013年8~9月,对福建省深沪湾进行了4个航次调查,重点跟踪监测了深沪湾大型水母紫色霞水母(Cyanea purpurea)和镜形多管水母(Aequorea pensilis)的丰度变化以及调查期间浮游动物群落结构变化.调查期间共鉴定90种浮游动物和20类阶段性浮游幼虫(体)(不包括大型水母),隶属于7门15类,其中桡足类为第一大类群.各个航次平均丰度变化范围为106.85~281.79ind./m³,主要优势种为亚强次真哲水蚤(Subeucalamus subcrassus)、百陶箭虫(Sagitta bedoti)、肥胖箭虫(Sagita enflata)和亨生莹虾(Lucifer hanseni)等.大型水母聚集区与浮游动物丰度密集区接近,均处于湾口位置;并且在大型水母消失之际,浮游动物数量大幅增加。经分析推测大型水母并非本地种,并且大型水母的出现引起了深沪湾浮游动物群落结构发生变化

     

    Abstract: In 4 cruises carried out in Shenhu Bay fom August to September in 2014,the variation of zooplanktoncommunity structure was studied aimed at the abundance wariations of jellyfish Cyanea purpurea and Aequorea spp.A total of 91 zooplankton species and 20 groups of pelagic larvaein 15 groups and 7 phyla were indentified.Cope-pod was the most dominant group.The density of zoplankton was ranged from 106.85 to281.79 ind./m³.Thedominant species were Subencalanus subecrassus,Sagitta bedoti,Sagitta enflata and Lacifer hanseni et al.The areaofhigh density giant jellyfish was very close to the area of high abundan zooplankton in the bay opening.Followingthe disappearance of macmjellyfish zooplankton abundance increased substantially.It suggested that the appear-ance macro-jellyfish has changed the zooplankton community structure since the fommer was not local species.
